Congrats on booking your boudoir session!
You're probably wondering - "What's next??"
Don't worry at all! I am here to guide you through every step of the way to ensure you are fully prepared for your session.
Here's what you can expect during your boudoir session with me! It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous—most clients do! TBH - I am nervous for my own personal boudoir shoots as well. After all, you’re choosing to be completely vulnerable, and I understand that can be daunting. Rest assured, I’m here to support you and guide you through the process.
If you've booked hair & makeup, we'll arrive a couple hours earlier to have this done by a professional.
Then we’ll start by reviewing the outfits you brought, selecting the ones that make you feel the most confident. Once we’ve chosen the perfect looks and coordinating sets, we’ll begin your session. No need to think of any posing, I will guide and coach you through all poses - From toes all the way up to hands and head placement. I'll be with you every step of the way to ensure you feel comfortable and empowered throughout the experience.
As part of ensuring your comfort level, please communicate with me any concerns you have and ask me questions!
Questions
What do I wear?
This session is all about you so - you can wear anything that makes you feel $1M. This can be anything from a favorite loose t-shirt, body suit, lingerie set, or just a sheet! Try on your piece and make sure you are comfortable and you like how they fit. And feel free to send me images of the pieces or ask any questions prior to the session!
To note: Please also remove any tags prior to your session!

Should I spray tan, or wax/shave before my session?
I don't recommend self tans/spray booths as some areas can be missed. Spray tans often make it's way to the creases of your skin and sometimes can appear uneven or even blotchy.
If you shave/wax regularly and know how your body reacts, I recommend completing this as close to the session as possible to avoid any redness/razor bumps.
Should I eat before my session?
Absolutely. Be sure to eat something light but filling - you don't want to be hangry.
Leading up to your session, make sure to drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your shoot. Stretch a little and wear loose clothing (no tight socks or underwear) the night before and the morning of your session to avoid any unwanted marks on your skin.
And if you can avoid it, I recommend staying away from alcohol and foods that might make you feel bloated.
